PopUp Bagels Makes Ohio Debut at Eton Chagrin Boulevard

Popular bagel concept to bring its signature fresh-baked bagels and “Grip, Rip and Dip” experience to Northeast Ohio this fall

WOODMERE, OHIO — August 2026— Eton Chagrin Boulevard is welcoming PopUp Bagels to Northeast Ohio as the popular bagel concept prepares to open its first Ohio location at 28899 Chagrin Boulevard in Woodmere.

Known for its fresh, hot bagels and signature “Grip, Rip and Dip” experience, PopUp Bagels has grown from a local backyard pickup concept into a rapidly expanding brand with locations across the country. The Eton location will mark the brand’s first entry into the Ohio market, giving Northeast Ohio residents a new destination for freshly baked bagels, cream cheese and other simple, high-quality offerings.

PopUp Bagels takes a deliberately simple approach to its menu, focusing on freshly baked bagels served hot and paired with a selection of classic and specialty spreads. Guests can enjoy the brand’s signature experience by grabbing a fresh bagel, ripping it apart and dipping it into their favorite schmear.
