Contessa Gallery Relocates to 3,900-Square-Foot Location at Eton Chagrin Boulevard

Contessa Gallery

Contessa Gallery, a cornerstone of the Cleveland fine art scene for 26 years, proudly announces its relocation to a breathtaking 3,900-square-foot space at Eton Chagrin Boulevard in Woodmere, OH. This stunning new space is now open, marking an exciting new chapter in the gallery’s storied legacy.

For over a quarter-century, Contessa Gallery has been a beacon for art enthusiasts, showcasing an unparalleled collection of world-class artists. With established locations in Southampton, NY, and Palm Beach, FL, the gallery has built a reputation for curating exceptional works that captivate and inspire. This strategic relocation to Eton Chagrin Boulevard, a premier shopping destination, positions Contessa Gallery to better serve its discerning clientele in an elevated and sophisticated environment nestled among luxury retailers such as Tiffany & Co. and Apple.

“We are excited to bring Contessa Gallery to Eton,” said Contessa Tscherne, Founder of Contessa Gallery. “This move reflects our ongoing commitment to the Cleveland market and providing our clients with an extraordinary collection of contemporary and modern masterpieces, surrounded by the finest in art and luxury. We look forward to welcoming both longtime patrons and new visitors to our new gallery.”

Contessa Gallery is proud to feature an extensive collection of high-end blue-chip artwork, including significant pieces from renowned artists such as Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Chuck Close, Robert Indiana, and Salvador Dali. Each of these important works embodies exceptional artistic merit and investment potential, reinforcing our position as a leader in the art market – not only locally in Cleveland but nationally, with additional premier locations in Southampton, New York, and Palm Beach, Florida.

The gallery’s commitment to philanthropy extends to significant donations and support to University Hospitals Arts Council and the Cleveland Clinic, highlighting Contessa Gallery’s role as a cultural and civic leader.

Contessa Gallery’s curatorial influence shines both locally and nationally. Contessa Gallery facilitated the placement of a Robert Indiana ‘ART’ sculpture at the Cleveland Museum of Art, enhancing the city’s public art landscape. Contessa Gallery also successfully placed Alexi Torres’ work in a museum with the Cuban Arts Group and the Rice Collection, which was featured in the acclaimed “Under the Spell of the Palm Tree: The Rice Collection of Cuban Art” exhibition. Committed to philanthropy and public art, Contessa Gallery continues to inspire with works ideal for private collections, museum loans, and family legacy, assisting collectors in the donation and placement of works on loan to museums, institutions, and public spaces, distinguishing them in the marketplace and making them a premier destination for fine art and advisory.
